When you’re in a fight do the WITS.
W : Walk away
First, walk away before it gets out of hand.
I : Ignore
If someone is annoying you, just ignore them. Talking back to them won’t do anything. It’ll just get you in a fight.
T : Talk to someone
When you’re angry, it’s best to talk to someone or be alone if you want to. Talking to someone makes you feel lighter.
S : Seek help
Find a close friend or a teacher. Seek help, talk to them and cool yourself down.
