First, walk away before it gets out of hand.

If someone is annoying you, just ignore them. Talking back to them won’t do anything. It’ll just get you in a fight.

T : Talk to someone

When you’re angry, it’s best to talk to someone or be alone if you want to. Talking to someone makes you feel lighter.

S : Seek help

Find a close friend or a teacher. Seek help, talk to them and cool yourself down.

3. Click on share

4. Click on the word Embed

5. Copy (Ctrl + C)  the code as it is shown

6. Go to your blogger

7. Click on the pencil button

8. Paste (Ctrl + V) to the paper in HTML

9. Write something about the video, if you want

10. Title the post and share!

Working with James

We did a short task about column addition and subtraction. I enjoy how we got to work together and it was fun to play with the colours and test others. What I found challenging was talking while doing the problem. But it was really cool!

My Holiday!

Math Goals Term3

I’m at 5P for maths. I was also at 5P last year which means I haven’t moved up. One of my strengths is write a fraction as decimal and a decimal as a fraction.

My next step is to plant or invent a strategy to solve fraction number problem. I could try to achieve this by doing lots of problems and try to invent strategies for the problem. I hope to achieve this by the end of the year.

Writing Goals Term3

I’m at 5A for writing. Last year I was at 4P. I’m really happy that I moved up from last year.

I am here because I have made one of my goals from last year to achieved. One of my goal was sentence. I achieved that by reading books and looking at how authors write their sentences.

My next step is organisation. I could achieve this by organising my ideas before writing and organising where things should go when I’m writing. Hopefully I could achieve this by the end of the year.

Reading Goals Term3

I’m at 5B for reading. Last year I was at 4A. I have now achieved the goal that I set last year which is make a conclusion or an assumption. This goal is now in my achieved box.

It is there because when I read the story I think about what might happen next make lots of assumption while reading.

My next steps are to explore what the author wrote and question the purpose and understand the main idea in the texts. I hope to achieve this by the end of the year.

Facing My Fear

Elixir

I’ve heard so many stories about Elixir. Everyone said it’s amazing! I don’t believe them though. My parents said the island exist in legends and it’s not real. I’m gonna find that island and let everyone know it’s dark. Darkness surrounds the island. How do I know? I’ve had so many dreams about that land, even though I’ve never seen it.

I need to sneak out of this irritating house. Anyone in this house ever talk about is Elixir and how beautiful and magical it is. They never mention anything about people not coming back from finding the island. Also that’s the reason my mum doesn’t let me go look for it. Oh, by the way, my name’s Darkes. I’m 15, I’m a little too young to go out in the wild, that’s why I’m going to get my friend to come with me.

My friend’s name is Jack. He’s also 15, he’s only three months older than me. He’s the coolest guy, after my dad.
